You can request permanent deletion of your Rovenet account and personal data at any time.

What happens when you request deletion

Your profile, listings, storefront, messages, and personal information are permanently deleted.
Wallet and transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, purchases) are retained as required for financial recordkeeping and dispute resolution, even after your account is deleted, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Identity verification documents, where applicable, are handled per our data retention practices and are not kept longer than necessary.
This action cannot be undone once processed.
